Boge beefs up supply in central southern England with SAS partnership

30 June, 2016

Compressor manufacturer Boge has strengthened its distribution network by appointing Eastleigh-based Southern Air Systems (SAS) as its new platinum distribution partner for the central south region of England.

The appointment further bolsters the local customer service offered on Boge equipment and enables SAS to strengthen its already extensive compressed air equipment offering.

Boge’s partnership programme rewards its dedicated partners through a rewards system that gives dealers exclusive benefits, attractive premiums and additional discounts. As a platinum partner, SAS will receive best available trading terms and technical support from Boge. Platinum Partner is the highest of three distributor levels, the second being gold and the third authorised.

SAS employees have more than 50 years’ experience in all aspects of the compressed air industry. The company’s business philosophy is always to provide its customers with the best value service available. The services it offers include compressor selection advice, compressed air energy audit, repairs and maintenance, filtration and condensate management, and pipework design and installation.

Positive feedback

Carl Sharp, Boge UK & Ireland sales manager, said: “The feedback from people we deal with in and around Southampton has always been very positive about SAS. End users in the area rate them highly because they are very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. They are exceptionally helpful and respond quickly to requests, and that has earned them the best reputation with customers in that part of the country, bar none. The partnership has already developed very well and we look forward to a long and mutually rewarding relationship between our two companies.”

Jamie Fear, operations manager at SAS, added: “Boge is an excellent company to do business with. They deliver accurately and on time, and go out of their way to be helpful. We are very pleased with the way the relationship is working and with the number of orders we have gained as a result.”
