Working within a team, duties will consist of raising quotations, providing detailed technical support and diagnosing system solutions by drawing on your application and product knowledge.
You will be dealing with customers, both internal and external, covering the above market sectors and therefore knowledge of associated products is essential. Strong telephone communication and organisational skills are vital along with a can-do attitude to deliver customer satisfaction.
We want an ambitious self starter with office experience who is qualified to at least HNC/D or equivalent, with strong product knowledge. Good Microsoft PC capability and the ability to communicate to a high standard and to all levels are essential.
You must be able to drive and hold a clean licence.
